This position is open until filled. Responsible for organizing and carrying out the co-ed soccer program for Hesston Middle School. This role includes, but is not limited to, the following functions: - Conducting practices - Teaching and reinforcing fundamental skills and rules of the game, as governed by KSHSAA - Promoting fair play and proper sportsmanship - Completing administrative duties - Scheduling transportation - Taking care of sports equipment - Planning coaching sessions - Motivating and mentoring athletes - Resolving team issues - Cooperating with school teachers and administrators - Communicating with families Responsible to Activities Director Salary based on qualified experience; assigned from supplemental salary schedule Start Date in August 2026
