Leipsic Local School District Job Vacancy: Bus Driver (full-time) Days/Hours Worked: Monday-Friday morning and afternoon bus routes and occasional extracurricular events in the evenings and on the weekends. Current negotiated rates: 0 years’ experience: $24.82 5 years’ experience: $26.07 10 years’ experience: $26.82 20 years’ experience: $27.57 Health insurance offered: Family Plan: Board of Education (BOE) pays 75% of premium --Health Savings Account (HSA): BOE pays $170/month Single Plan: BOE pays 100% of premium --HSA: BOE pays $107.50/month If family medical insurance coverage is not taken by the employee, a $2,200 stipend-in-lieu of insurance is paid. If single medical insurance coverage is not taken by the employee, a $1,000 stipend-in-lieu of insurance is paid.
