Middle School Math Teacher St. Thomas More Cathedral School, a Blue-Ribbon school located in Arlington, VA, is seeking a highly motivated middle school math instructor for the 2026-2027 school year. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching middle school math, strong classroom management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to successfully implement the STM Middle School House System. STM seeks a candidate who has a strong Catholic faith and is committed to the values and principles promoted by our Mission Statement. Applicants should hold a VA State Licensure or VCEA certification. Salary range: Compensation is based on a step pay scale that provides pay based on degree level and years of teaching experience, ranging from $44,500 for Bachelors with less than 3 years of teaching experience to $61,500 for Masters with 10 years of teaching experience, with proration for positions scheduled to work less than 40 hours per week. STM also offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus, a $3,000 Master's bonus and tuition discounts for children who attend the school.
