• PA Certificate – Principal K-12, Elementary Principal or Administrative Certificate, required
• Building leadership experience is preferred
• Minimum 5 years teaching experience
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and organization skills
• Thorough knowledge of current best practices in the areas of curriculum, instruction, and assessment
