• Perform custodial work and supervise other workers, open and close building for special school functions

Major Responsibilities and Duties
• Help with scheduling and training custodians.
• Oversee and participate in all custodial work, maintaining a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Maintain an inventory and order custodial supplies from warehouse.
• Strive constantly to promote the safety and security of the building.
• Be responsible for the general fire safety and security of the building.
• Perform minor and emergency minor repairs and cleaning service as needed.
• Keep building and premises, including sidewalks, driveways, and play areas, neat and clean at all times.
• Check daily to ensure that all exit doors are secured and all panic bolts are working properly during the hours of building occupancy.
• Participate in district energy management and IPM programs.
• Participate in the district's Standard Reunification Protocol as directed by the District's Incident Commander.
• Be available for after-hours demands.

• Perform other duties and accept other responsibilities as assigned.
