Position Title: District PEIMS Data Controller & Records Manager Reports to: President & CEO / Superintendent Department: Main Office Position Category: Permanent/exempt/full-time/12 month contract Position Summary: Under moderate supervision, coordinate the collection and reporting of TCA+A's charter schools, Texas School of the Arts and Fort Worth Academy of Fine Arts, district Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS) data. Job Scope: This position has no direct supervisory authority Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Receive incoming calls, take reliable messages, and route to appropriate staff
• Compile, maintain, and file all reports, records, and other documents as required
• Oversee the management of digital and paper-based records, to include the design and development of filing systems as required
• Ensure effective and appropriate management of the organization's records from their creation, retention, and eventual disposal
• Create and maintain positive communication with administration, staff, faculty, students, and parents
• Follow district safety protocols and emergency procedures
• Promote TCA+A, TeSA, and FWAFA in a positive manner within the schools and community
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED required
• PEIMS experience preferred
• Experience in school district administrative support position requiring collecting and entering data; experience using coding systems
Skills and Capabilities:
• Ability to maintain accurate and auditable records
• Ability to use personal computer and software to develop spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and do word processing
• Proficient in keyboarding
• 10-key numerical data entry, and file maintenance skills
• Ability to perform basic math
• Ability to meet established deadlines
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand detailed written or oral instructions
