About this role
Positions will begin August 6, 2026 Head Baker will prepare bakery items from scratch, according to the daily food production schedule and approved standardized recipes. Prepare products for special diets. Follow all HACCP requirements. Work closely with the Manager to ensure sufficient quantities are prepared each day. Will also assist in other areas of the kitchen, when needed. Knowledge of food safety is essential. Knowledge of from scratch baking procedures and proper use and cleaning of all food service equipment is preferred. Job training will be provided. Location to be determined at time of hire. Candidate must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, and frequently lift 25 pounds in a given day. Hours may vary Typically 5.5 hours - 6 hours per day, between the hours of 6:45 am -1:45 pm This position is subject to a Veterans preference. $19.39-20.99/hr is the pay range for this position.
