Master's degree from accredited college/university Texas Assistant Principal or other appropriate Texas certificate Certified T-TESS appraiser Thorough understanding of school operations Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills Ability to coordinate campus support operations Two years experience as a classroom teacher Major Responsibilities and Duies: Provide instructional management Promote a positive school/organizational climate Ensure effective student management Salary: Commensurate with experience
