POSITION: Special Education Personal Care Teacher Assistant (PCTA) JOB GOAL: To assist school staff in meeting individualized student and program needs. QUALIFICATIONS:
• One year of college required; two years of college preferred.
• Physical condition so as to be able to manage behavior/physically challenged students; must have the ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Interest in and exposure with students with disabilities.
• Basic understanding of child growth and development.
