POSITION: MUSIC TEACHER Effective 2026-27 School Year LOCATION: OAKVIEW ELEMENTARY SCHOOL GENERAL INFORMATION: Seeking applicants with an Ohio K-12 Comprehensive Music Teaching License who have the ability to teach general music to a range of classes and age groups. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES, Partial List
• Develops daily and seasonal educational objectives.
• Supervises and manages all classroom activities.
• Participates in school-wide programs and activities.
• Communicates with parents and guardians of assigned students.
• Maintains records regarding student progress.
• Provides a variety of instructional experiences for all students.
QUALIFICATIONS, Partial List
• Valid Ohio teaching license.
• Must pass criminal background checks and pre-employment drug screening.
• Collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Educational technology skills.
