• Valid Texas Teacher's Certificate in subject area assigned
• Alternative Certification Program applicants must have passed content exam(s) and hold a Statement of Eligiblity (SOE) to be eligible for employment.

Assignment 10 Duty Months Pay Grade
• $63,000 for Beginning teacher with "0" years experience (Based on 2025-2026 Compensation Plan)
• $1,000 Master's Degree addenda
• Additional $1,000 Doctorate Degree addenda
• $6,300 Head Soccer Coach Stipend
