Albuquerque Talent Development Academy Charter High School seeks: For the 2026-2027 school year Part-Time Social Worker (0.4 FTE) Bilingual is a plus but not required. Must have a New Mexico School Social Worker License. Previous school and/or community experience preferred. Staff report: Normal School Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:30-4:00 Fridays 8:00-2:00 (PLCs), every other Friday off. Hours are negotiable for part-time employees. The ideal candidate loves to serve their community and continuously seeks ways to support the school's prevention interventions. Duties:
- Works closely with the Principal ensure compliance with IEP's, goals, and reporting. -Works independently to ensure student records and notes are updated as needed. -Works closely with the wellness team to monitor attendance, behavior, and other SEL intervention needs. -Works closely ith staff to provide training/resources as needed. -Other duties as assigned based on student needs Experience: -Previous experience in working with bilingual families. -Proven track record of helping students overcome barriers. -Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
