Non-Bargaining Title I Grant Funded Position
Compensation: Commensurate with experience between $25 to $30 per hour Position Type: Non-Bargaining, full-time, eligible for district benefits, grant funded by Title I Grant Reports To: Building Principal and/or Director of Special Education Position Summary: The Behavior Coach supports the academic and social-emotional success of students in grades K5 by promoting positive behavior, providing staff coaching, and assisting with the implementation of evidence-based behavioral practices. This role focuses on building staff capacity through coaching and modeling, while supporting students with behavioral needs within a PBIS and MTSS framework. Qualifications: Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related field • Valid Ohio license or ability to obtain appropriate licensure • Experience working with students with behavioral needs Preferred:
• Master's degree in a related field • Training in PBIS, MTSS, or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) • Experience with FBAs, BIPs, and behavior data collection • CPI or crisis intervention training
