Richmond Middle School is seeking two Assistant Cross Country Coaches for the fall season. The coaches will assist with practices, motivate students, and instruct in-game strategies and techniques. Candidates should have some background in the sport of Cross Country or distance running either as a player or coach. Candidates must place a strong emphasis on good sportsmanship, positive attitudes, and character. Candidates should be able to communicate effectively, collaborate, and work positively as a member of a team. First Aid and CPR/AED certification is required to start the season.
