About this role
Prepare and update required participant list needed for billing. ? Maintain documentation, per State requirements, showing that youth specialist have attended trainings. ? Maintain eligibility lists for program participants in appropriate database. ? Maintain record of consent forms required for any billing. ? Communicate with campuses information concerning consent. ? Maintain excel spreadsheets monthly to reflect eligible students with current consent forms. ? Student information is entered correctly in appropriate database. ? Maintain ongoing revisions to rosters. ? Enter/update student information in billing and appropriate information systems. ? All other duties as assigned or communicated by supervisor.
