Job Details TITLE: Day-to Day Substitute Van Driver REPORTS TO: Director of Transportation AVAILABLE: immediately TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: salary in accordance with PESPA Collective Bargaining Agreement DESCRIPTION: Responsibility of candidate is to safely & efficiently transport school students to & from school and/or school-related activities REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a current Class C driver's license. A clean driver's record with no DUIs or felonies while operating a motor vehicle. PRE-EMPLOYMENT PAPERWORK REQUIREMENTS: Clearances mut be within 12 months and TB must be within 90 days of hire.

• School Personnel Health Form (Physical and TB test)
• PDE 6004 Form (Act 24)
