About this role
This position is a Kingston Special Education Teacher which is located at Kingston Elementary School. This special education teaching position is working with students who have documented disabilities and require specially designed instruction. This candidate:
• will be responsible for evaluating students, writing IEPs and Progress Reports and attending IEP Meetings.
• will work with students on academic, social and behavioral skills.
• should be able to communicate well verbally and in writing.
• is expected tol collaborate with other staff members and take part in professional development
• should be licensed to teach special education by DESE.
This is a full time, benefits eligible position through the Town of Kingston. Salary is commensurate with education and esperience as defined by the KTA CBA.
