Instructional Coach – Guthrie Center Elementary The Guthrie Center Elementary Instructional Coach provides leadership and support to teachers to improve instructional practices and student achievement. This position collaborates with teachers and administrators to implement effective instructional strategies, analyze student data, support Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), model best practices, and facilitate ongoing professional learning. The successful candidate will build positive relationships, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and help ensure high-quality instruction for all students.
