About this role
This position is responsible for greeting all arriving individuals to the campus, checking in all visitors and vendors, directing parents to the appropriate location, providing admission for staff, and deterring unauthorized access. This position will also monitor movement in the parking areas and the exterior of the school and communicate any suspicious activity to school officials. The person chosen for this position must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to de-escalate potential confrontations in a nonviolent manner. The position is unique to the high schools and is designed to be the first point of contact for anyone arriving on campus.
