Position Overview Work under general supervision to assist students and teacher in the classroom. Refer to the job description in the office of the principal. Position/Assignment Information: Certified Grades: 4-5 Desired Qualifications Education/Certification:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Texas Instructional Aide Certificate
• ONE of the following: @ years of college; Associate's Degree: OR must pass a test of basic skills in writing, math, and reading.
Special Knowledge/Skills:
• Knowledge of overall operation of music program
• Ability to manage budget
• Ability to interpret policy, procedures, and data
• Strong communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills
Duty Days: 187 Start Date: 8/1/2025 Salary Schedule: SISD salary schedule Additional Job Information:
• Experience preferred, but not required.
• Bilingual Spanish/German speaker preferred, but not required.
