About this role
Springfield Public Schools seeks outstanding candidates for the position of Head Varsity Girl's Wrestling Coach at Springfield High School for the 26/27 School Year. Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:
• Previous high school coaching experience, preferably wrestling;
• Ability to work with high school students;
• Effective communication skills;
• Willingness to work within the school district and athletic guidelines;
• ASEP and first aid certified;
• Work schedule that allows for flexibility with practice and meet schedules;
• Ability and commitment to practice cultural competency and demonstrate respect for diversity;
• Fundraising knowledge and/or capabilities preferred;
• Understanding of OSAA rules and regulations;
• Ability to be District van certified;
• Ability to work with parents and booster clubs.
