Springfield Public Schools seeks outstanding candidates for the position of Head JV Boys's Soccer Coach at Springfield High School. This posting is for the 2027-2027 school year. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Coaching experience;

• Soccer knowledge and playing experience;

• Ability to work with high school students;

• Effective communication skills;

• Ability to work within school district guidelines and budget;

• ASEP and First Aid Certified;

• Availability for daily practices and matches;

• Ability to be District Van Certified;

• Ability and commitment to practice cultural competency and demonstrate respect for diversity.

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:

• Soccer coaching experience;

• Experience working with high school age students;

• Fundraising knowledge and/or capabilities;

• Understanding of OSAA rules and regulations;

• Good organizational skills;

• Ability to work with individuals and large groups;

• Ability to work with parents and booster clubs.
