Utility Worker - Food Services @ Marysville Public Schools

The Marysville Public Schools is accepting applications for the following Position: Cafeteria Program – Utility Worker (3 – 5.75 Hours Per Day - Times Vary) Desired Qualifications May Include Any or All of The Following

• High School diploma or GED preferred;

• Compliance with testing and/or certifications as required by the state, health department, or the district (successful completion required for continued employment);

• Familiar with Health Department rules and regulations;

• Ability to lift 10 – 30 lbs. on a regular basis;

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on an occasional basis;

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

• Ability to interact with customers in order to assure customer satisfaction;

• Prepare food in accordance with Chartwell's standards;

• Maintain proper and accurate records, including daily production records and charts;

• Responsible for ensuring proper presentation, standard portion control, and maintenance of proper serving temperatures (hot and cold);

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;

• Regular and consistent attendance;

• Support the cook and administrative staff as needed.
