Key Responsibilities:
• Attend a mandatory half-day PLC Leader training.
• Facilitate 6 PLC sessions (total 9 hours), guiding discussions, agenda adherence, and group norms.
• Focus PLCs on key questions, student data analysis, and identifying actionable instructional strategies.
• Foster a collaborative environment and ensure clear communication of PLC outcomes.
• Maintain brief records of meetings and action items.
• Collaborate with administration on PLC goals and effectively manage scheduled time.
