Position Overview Work under general supervision to assist students and teachers in the classroom. Refer to the job description in the office of the principal. Position/Assignment Information: Grades: 6-8 Desired Qualifications Education/Certification:
• High School diploma or GED
• Texas instructional aide certificate
• ONE of the following: 2 years of college: Associate's Degree, OR pass a basic skills test in math, reading, and writing.
Duty Days: 187 Start Date: 08/01/2025 Salary Schedule: SISD salary schedule Additional Job Information:
• Experience preferred, but not required.
• Bilingual German speaker preferred, but not required.
