• Deliver engaging literacy and social studies instruction • Collaborate with grade-level and content team members • Provide differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of 5th and 6th-grade students • Maintain effective classroom management and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment • Assess student work, provide meaningful feedback, and maintain accurate records • Communicate regularly and effectively with students, families, and administration • Participate actively in team meetings and professional learning communities • Support the school's mission of growing, learning, and leading • Contribute to a culture where all students experience belonging, opportunity, and achievement
