What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities): Spark Curiosity: Deliver vibrant, high-impact instruction aligned with the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) for 6th–8th grade math. Empower Every Learner: Differentiate lessons creatively to meet diverse learning styles, ensuring every student feels supported and challenged. Drive Student Success: Utilize data-informed insights to unlock student potential, track growth, and continuously elevate classroom outcomes. Cultivate a Thriving Culture: Maintain a positive, structured, and joyful classroom environment where students feel safe to learn, make mistakes, and grow. Collaborate & Connect: Partner dynamically with a deeply supportive campus staff and maintain meaningful, open lines of communication with parents and the community. What We’re Looking For (Qualifications): A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. Strong instructional leadership and a solid toolkit of classroom management strategies.
