Position Title: Band Director Location: All campuses (K-12) Salary: Competitive, $7500 above base pay, Employer pays $449 towards paid healthcare insurance premium, Hybrid 4 day school calender, TIA District Length of Contract: 11 months Position Summary: Energetic and highly motivated individual to direct and manage the overall program of instrumental music for the district. Provide students with an opportunity to participate in extracurricular band activities and ensure compliance with all state, UIL and district requirements. Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Valid Texas teaching certificate Knowledge of overall operations of instrumental music program Ability to manage budget and personnel Strong communication, public relations and interpersonal skills. CDL with Passenger and School Bus Endorsements
