• Must be motivated; articulate; knowledgeable in curriculum and instruction, data analysis, coaching, and professional development; and able to apply these skills to develop these skills in others.
• Conduct on-going training with demonstration lessons, coaching, and follow-up support using an identified model of instruction.
• Develop lessons and will work with teacher cadres to provide a system of collaborations and instructional support.
• Assist teachers in engaging all students in learning and in checking for student mastery.
• Provide training institutes during non-teaching times such as summer, spring break, winter break, and after school hours and during the school day on identified strategies, skills, and instructional models.

• California Teaching Credential Single Subject Math Credential w/CLAD
