POSITION TITLE: ESL Teacher/ English Language Arts/ REPORTS TO: Building Principal
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Full-time contract beginning 2026-2027 school year QUALIFICATIONS:
• PDE Teaching Certification
• Middle Level or Secondary ELA Certification
• English as a Second Language Certification
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Provide daily ELA and ESL instruction
• Must possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, be a team player, have solid content knowledge, and an understanding of best practices in adolescent instruction.
• Teach in a 1:1 chromebook enviornment

• PA State Police Clearance (Act 34)
• Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
• FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Act 114)
• School Personnel Health Form (Physical and TB test)
• PDE 6004 Form (Act 24)
