About this role
DESCRIPTION: LPN needed 7.0 hrs/day; 181 days/year to work one-on-one with student with special medical needs. Must be comfortable with large group and staff trainings, management of specialized health care needs in student population. Duties include developing individual health care plans, all mandatory medication and health training. Must be a team player with all staff in School Health Program. Must be able to function independently without direct supervision. REPORTS TO: Wendi Kozel, District Health Coordinator OTHER FACTORS: 1.
