In order to be considered for this position please apply at APPLY AT UNCW.EDU Substitute Teacher at UNCW's Lab School A substitute teacher at DC Virgo Preparatory Academy will support students in grades K-8 during the absence of the classroom teacher. Substitute teachers are responsible for supervising students in the assigned class, maintaining order and safety and executing the plan left by the classroom teacher. Substitute teachers will also follow the assigned schedule for the classroom and supervise students during arrival, breakfast, transitions, lunch and dismissal.
