•Coaching experience at the Middle School (where applicable) level preferred •Valid R. I. Coaching Certification •Effective communication skills, oral and written •Successful interview with Selection Committee •Must successfully complete a BCI check •Must complete the RIIL coaches education program ,which includes the NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching course, within one year of hire. •Must attend the Chemical Health Meeting with student/athletes. •Must attend the annual coaches meeting.
