Paraprofessional, Exceptional Student Education We are currently hiring a PreK ESE Paraprofessional for our Prek ESE classroom at the SCPS VPK Early Learning Center in Sanford To be considered for the position candidates must possess the following:

All paraprofessionals must meet specific education requirements. SCPS requires that you submit a copy of college transcripts reflecting an Associate's degree OR 60 credit hours of college course work.
Other Information
Seminole County Public Schools uses the statewide screening database, Care Provider Clearinghouse to determine the eligibility of prospective employees. The Care Provider Clearinghouse is administered by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) for background screening results for persons screened for employment or licensure that provide services to children, the elderly and disabled individuals. The Clearinghouse allows the results of criminal history checks to be shared among participating agencies, reducing duplication and costs; including more up to date information and on-line tracking of the screening process.
