About this role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to join our high school team. The ideal candidate will support students in and out of the classroom, assist teachers with instruction and classroom management, and help ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide academic and behavioral support to students under the direction of a certified teacher
• Assist with small group or one-on-one instruction
• Monitor student progress and behavior
• Support classroom organization and instructional materials
• Foster a positive and respectful learning environment
Qualifications:
• Paraprofessional Educator License or able to obtain
• Experience working with adolescents or in an educational setting is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patience, flexibility, and a passion for helping students succeed
