Position Description POSITION: Dayton High School Bowling Coach QUALIFICATIONS:
• Be at least 21 years of age
• High School Graduate
• CPR and first aid certified
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs to shoulder height occasionally
• Coaching experience preferred
REPORTS TO: Athletic Director and Administration TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Determined by specific sport season during academic calendar year. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Keep accurate record of equipment and inventory all uniforms assigned to athletes
• Responsible for practices, scheduling, and overseeing all aspects of Dayton High School sport athletes
• In charge of all fundraising projects
• Must be certified in all areas required by KHSAA
• Attend meets/games as scheduled
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
• Work collaboratively with other coaches
• Perform all duties and responsibilities in accordance with KHSAA and school guidelines
• Establish and communicate clear team policies to parent and players before the beginning of the season
• Maintain positive relations with students & parents.
• Model proper dress, language, demeanor and student/teacher relations
