The position will be in the above area. This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. Duties will include : To open and close the premises, Monday to Friday, and at other times as agreed by the Project Manager in conjunction with the caretaker. Empty the dishwasher daily. All bins to be emptied taking account of recycling and bins to be put out for weekly collection. Keep areas directly inside and outside of the railings clean, neat and tidy at all times. Sweep paths regularly. Cleaning of community house no 83 twice weekly. Maintenance of front and back garden of community house. Assembly maintenance and minor repairs of equipment in FRC. General maintenance of FRC, childcare and playground. Getting supplies for maintenance from hardware shop. Watering of window boxes/baskets. CE Scheme Skills
