Administrative support for Tipperary PPN General duties: General reception duties, deal with enquiries Answering the phone, accurately record and deliver messages Good IT skills with experience of database management, MS Excel /Word / Outlook/PowerPoint Maintain Salesforce programme (training on Salesforce will be provided) Be able to work on social media, newsletter generation and website. Be well organised, punctual and reliable Maintain existing PPN database Good interpersonal skills, especially telephone skills Making relevant contact with member groups and other organisations Work as part of a team, as well as on own initiative Liaise with management in organising planned events Attend PPN meetings, where required.
