About this role
• Supporting the Facilitation of rehabilitation programme • Shadowing the rehabilitation staff, • Supervision of service users, in groups, at break times, and on any outings along side the rehabilitation staff • Linking with other key agencies to support the progression pathways of service users • Support rehabilitation staff to Maintain all written and electronic files in line with policies and procedures • Attend supervision weekly with line manager. • To work within the policies of ARC, to ensure that a consistent delivery of service and quality standards are adhered to within work with service users. • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team • Any other duties appropriate to the position and agreed with the line manager.
