Maintenance Operative Application Details Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department. You can register your interest by selecting the ‘Register your interest’ button or you can contact an Employment Personal Advisor (EPA) in your local Intreo Centre. We currently have a vacancy for a Maintenance position to join our team. This position will be based in St Andrews Resource Centre, Pearse Street, Dublin. This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and ensuring the community centre is well-maintained and presentable to the public. Repair and replace faulty equipment and fixtures as needed. Assist with the setup, maintenance, and takedown of event spaces. Working as part of a team. Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and emptying bins. Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
