About this role
Duties: Keep the perimeter of buildings clean. for odd jobs (DIY) as and when they arise. General cleaning duties - floors deck scrubbed/mopped or buffed. Keep store areas tidy and do regular stock take. May have to provide some after hours security on occasion for external groups. Collect recycled and food waste from projects adhering to waste management policy. Mindful of Health and Safety and HACCP guidelines at all times (training provided). Manual Handling (training provided). Provide after hours security when and if required. Be able to identify requirements for proper upkeep of buildings. Ensure the exterior of the both buildings are kept in good order. Painting and decorating. Have an ability to maintain high standards (Alternate between mornings and afternoons and occasional evenings).. CE Scheme Skills
