About this role
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct property viewings and manage prospective tenant enquiries. - Prepare tenancy agreements and complete RTB registrations. - Ensure compliance with all RTB regulations, Residential Tenancy legislation, and Rent Pressure Zone (RPZ) requirements. - Manage maintenance requests and coordinate contractors to ensure repairs are completed efficiently. - Carry out property inspections, including check-ins, check-outs, and periodic inspections. - Manage tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and deposit administration. - Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, resolving queries and issues professionally. - Maintain accurate property records and tenancy documentation. Essential Requirements: - Strong knowledge of RTB regulations, RPZ legislation and Irish landlord and tenant law. - Previous experience in residential lettings - Full clean driving license and access to own vehicle. - Familiarity with property advertising platforms such as Daft.ie Hours: Monday to Friday, (incl. flexibility to conduct occasional evening or weekend property viewings, as may be required).
