About this role
Greet individuals and families coming into the centre. Help organize or run community-based groups, such as parent-and-toddler groups, coffee mornings, or life-skills workshops Help community members fill out social welfare, housing, or grant forms, and advocate on their behalf with local agencies. Inform families about external local resources (such as local counselling, food banks, or adult education) and help connect them. Maintain brief, confidential, and safe case notes of family interactions in line with centre policies. Help keep the Centre clean and tidy.. CE Scheme Skills
