Ampleforth Limited T/A Fitzwilliam Hotel, 127/128 St Stephens Green, Dublin 2, D02 HE18, Require a Head Chef for their popular Hotel. Minimum 5 years’ experience in preparing and cooking of traditional cuisine. Must be team player and capable of producing high quality traditional cuisine. To create new and exciting dishes on a regular basis. To organise other kitchen staff and observe that dishes prepared by other chefs are of the highest standard and quality.
