About this role
Outdoor duties include: grass cutting and trimming; pesticide control; maintenance of shrub beds; sweeping and power washing as required; indoor duties include: assembly of flat pack furniture as required; general maintenance duties e.g. painting, replacing light bulbs etc.; Set up the meeting/training rooms to meet the requirements of user groups; litter control - dispose and prepare for collection; some cleaning duties; security awareness - check windows and doors, lighting and set alarm; responsible key holder; follow Health & Safety Policy and Procedures..
