About this role
To work from the determinants of a health based approach by considering all the areas in Traveller's lives that can have an impact on their health. To work with the TVG health team in order to support initiatives that will support Travellers to have better health outcomes. To network with local, regional and national Traveller organisations. To promote awareness, interest and knowledge of Traveller health matters through regular contact and networking with other relevant agencies. To support the development of group work for Traveller men, women and young people. To support the overall development and delivery of TVG's health response and work closely with the rest of the health team and with other projects within TVG. To carry out other duties that may be assigned to you by the Project Coordinator and TVG Management Committee.
