About this role
Caretaker will; Open and Close the building when required operating an intruder alarm system. Supervise the use of the Carpark and Sports Hall/Room Rental while occupied by Centre users. Set up Sports Hall & Meeting Rooms depending on customer needs. Manage the heating system. Maintain and oversee the upkeep of the building. Keep internal and external areas clean, i.e. sweeping, hoovering, mopping, cleaning windows, emptying bins, weeding, power washing, painting. Carry out light maintenance repairs, i.e. oiling locks, bleeding radiators, changing bulbs. Location: MCR Community Centre, Mail Coach Rd., Sligo.
