On the job training and mentoring will be provided along with accredited education opportunities. Duties will include: Administration Work 1. Keeping of accounts and computerised accounts if applicable. 2. Handling of files and keeping registers. 3. Responsibility for handling cash and debit card transactions and ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Any other administrative task assigned by a member of staff. Operational Support 1 Maintain the booking system of a busy Centre. 2 Ensure all rooms are set up and stood down as required for bookings. 3 Provide refreshments for all bookings as required as per the calendar. 4 Ensure the adjoining areas including stairs, toilets etc are up to a reasonable standard for all users and is stocked. 5 Maintain the Counselling areas to a high standard. 6 Supervise the keys and fobbing systems for the Centre. Front of House 1 To be friendly and client-oriented. 2 Meeting, welcoming and caring for all those who come to the Centres. 3 Support Northside Family Resource Centre staff in their roles in a friendly and supportive manner. 4 Maintain a clean and organised work area including toilets, lift stairs and any other areas assigned. 5 Follow all safety and hygiene procedures. 6 Take accurate and precise messages ensuring they reach the intended recipient. 7 Assess the needs of callers and ensure their needs are met by the most appropriate staff member. 8 Escorting people to required area. 9 Acting in a professional manner in dealing with all people who come to reception. 10 Ensuring safety procedures are adhered to by being always alert to those who come into and leave the Centres..
