Programme Manager – Executive Education Programme Dublin 2 (Hybrid) Salary €65K to €68K DOE Are you an experienced Programme Manager who enjoys delivering high-quality learning experiences and working with senior business leaders? This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a prestigious executive education programme, managing its successful delivery from planning through to graduation while ensuring an outstanding participant experience. Working closely with the Head of Learning & Education, you'll oversee the day-to-day management of a professional development programme. You'll coordinate programme schedules, manage classroom and online delivery, liaise with tutors and external partners, and ensure every stage of the programme runs smoothly. From onboarding participants and supporting examinations to coordinating graduation events and maintaining programme resources, you'll play a central role in delivering a first-class learning experience. You'll have previous experience managing programmes, projects or operations, ideally within executive education, professional training, membership organisations, higher education or a similar environment.
