Maintenance/Caretaker - St. Carthage’s House CLG - Lismore General maintenance duties, waste management, litter picking, pest control. Garden responsibilities include monitoring the health of all plants and greenspaces, watering and feeding plants, trimming trees, hedges and shrubs, planting, digging, pruning a variety of plants, leaf collection, sweeping areas, maintain flower beds, fertilizing lawns, weeding gardens and keeping green spaces and walkways clear of debris and litter. Design & set up a vegetable garden. Painting, maintenance of building and garden areas. Various other duties from time to time as required.. CE Scheme Skills
